TL;DR: Wallet screening is exact and deterministic — a wallet either is or is not on the list. Name screening uses fuzzy matching, which trades precision against recall and produces false positives that need review.

Wallet accuracy

Exact address matching has no ambiguity: 947 OFAC-listed wallets, matched against the hourly-synced list, returns wallet_exact with confidence 1.0 or clean.

Name accuracy

19,218 SDN names screened with fuzzy matching (the fuzzy matching glossar entry explains the trade). Expect false positives on common names — that is the design: err on the side of review.

The honest framing

No screen is 100%. The question is whether you fail closed on uncertainty. Screening accuracy + a review process = the compliance posture.
